We work with voices in as many languages as possible.

1- Send us the script with the corresponding indications for the recording through the web form of the portal, with as much information as possible; tone, rhythm, selection of voice or voices and corresponding indications and we will prepare an individualised budget. Once we receive the information by email that the quote has been approved, we will start the recording process with the voice selected for the project. With some of our voice actors it is possible to record a short demo fragment to validate rhythm and tone, before making the final recording. In some cases, the voice actor may require a minimum fee for the recording of the sample.

2- Our voice talents will record in their professional studio and send us the recording in .wav 48000 Hz - 24Bits or whatever format is required.

3- Upon receipt of the recorded file, our sound technicians will clean up any clicks, pops, saturations, breaths and any possible wind noise that may have been picked up in the recording.

4- We will send to the e-mail address provided by our client the final recording ready for use, once it has passed our high quality control and we will be attentive to the final verification by our client.

5- Once the project is finalised with the final approval, the invoice will be sent and payment is required within a maximum of 30 days, using the corresponding payment methods indicated on the invoice.

The following concepts are contemplated in the recording process of the project:

• The call for the voice actor or actress.
• Time spent editing and cleaning the audio file(s) in our studio, using the latest technology in specific software.
• The rights of our voice talents for the type of broadcasting contracted.
• The sound technician in charge of normalising, cleaning and correcting possible mistakes in the recording.
• Quality control and review of the recording.
• The division of files into smaller parts or blocks marked in the script. *Except for large files.
• The fees of our project managers.

Our pricing rates are affected by various factors, such as language, as some languages have additional costs, the use to be made of voice-overs, the reputation of the voice actor/actress, style, terminology, script length, delivery time, region of broadcast and other specific factors.

The budget can always be adapted to the contracted service. Go to the "Rates" section to find out the basic prices that are applied to the most common projects.

In some cases, we have some voice actors and actresses who are more flexible when it comes to adjusting prices.

Generally, most of our speakers accept payment up to 30 days.

For large projects an initial deposit will be required to start work.

For new customers, 60% of the upfront price will be required on the first project.

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card via virtual payment gateway or Paypal (Paypal fees will be included with the invoice).

The first time we work with new clients, it is necessary that you provide us with the fiscal details of the company, freelancer, supplier, etc. In addition to the bank details and the account holder(s).

Once this information has been received, it will be checked against the corresponding databases of debtors, risks and solvency.

Depending on the results, you may have to pay in advance to avoid disappointment.

In most cases it is possible to direct the recording. This is subject to an additional price increase for the 30%.

The connection with the voice artist or actress will be made in real time via Zoom, Skype or similar platforms. This allows the client to solve in real time the type of intonation, rhythm and/or possible doubts about the script.

The recording will be made by the studio where the voice artist or actress is located, thus guaranteeing the delivery of the audio without loss or compression.

Generally, the turnaround time for scripts of up to 750 words (4-5 minutes of recording) is 24 hours from the start of the project. Except when recording the project requires more than one participant or a high volume for the same work in several languages, in which case the delivery of the project could be from 72 hours or depending on the number of words included in the script:

• Depending on the recording speed, the reading speed of a narration is approximately 2.5 words per second.
• In narratives with characters, the speed of speech can be reduced to 2 words per second.
• In the voice-over of a video, the narration speed usually contains a maximum of 3 words per second. Or an average of 150 words per minute.

Many word processors have a word count option: it is the best way to calculate time.

To count the number of words in a hyphen, you can use a word processor with a hyphenation function.

If there are any changes to the script after the recording has been completed, an additional charge will be applied depending on the text correction, usually for text corrections, the base rate applied will be €55 + €14 per minute.

If there are no changes in the script and you are not satisfied with the style, rhythm or tone, we will proceed to record another version again, in order to obtain the product required by the client.

Changes without modifications to the script will be made without additional charges in the price as far as reasonable.

For any situation not described here, the general rates apply.

We have music libraries with previously acquired copyrights. It is also possible to use royalty-free music libraries.

The royalties that companies pay to the SGAE for commercial broadcasting do not contain the additional rights of use of the final montage.

For the use of the music library provided by the client, the client will be responsible for paying the corresponding royalties to the author(s). In this case, we will not send the final montage and instead we will only send the voice-over and the balanced project file without musical content.

In any case, we have professional musicians and artists available for custom music creation and contains the rights of the artist(s) for €300 per piece - maximum 3 minutes per piece. *Rights valid for 1 year.

All our collaborators are professionals in their sector, dedicating their full working day telematically to carry out their work for various companies. They use professional tools and equipment, undergo rigorous quality control and undergo a background check. In all cases, a minimum of 5 years' experience in their sector is required.
